the daily barbecue at lunch was tasty. the pools was clean and well maintained. access to the water park was a bonus. the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city center, and this was really useful. i enjoyed the daily trips into the city.

the spa was okay. the massage lady, she dont adjust the pressure, i had to ask again, and she just seems like she is angry or something.

the staff were attentive. two waiters, taya and abdelkhalke, were pretty good too ensure we had everything needed. hind and yousaf, worked in the bar and served us daily, they did it with a smile.

the grounds was wonderful. the pools was well maintained. the water park gave an added experience. the hotel offered a shuttle bus to the city center and helped guests explore marrakesh with ease.

the staff was friendly. the pool facility was great, and the aquapark delighted the kids. the facilities were clean. there was lots of choice available at mealtimes.

the children's activities were dull and limited. rooms lacked a balcony. beds were not comfortable. there were no tissues in the rooms.

good stay, some small things i find

the entertainment crew was friendly. they wanted you involved. the magic show was a nice experience. i liked the foam party. food include a wide variety of different meals. it did reflect their culture. we did enjoy learning about the unique meals. fresh towels was nice. bottled water was topped up everyday. the room was good for a family.

reception staff not happy. some personnel impacted tourists. ladies in the kids club not make face painting. they rolled eyes. i was annoyed. better to find a day pass instead for the water slides. the hotel itself is located outside of city center.
